Po kilku miesi\u0105cach intensywnych przygotowa\u0144 z zakresu\ninformatyki, kultury, j\u0119zyka i przeprowadzeniu lekcji otwartej przyszed\u0142 czas\nna najbardziej wyczekiwany moment, czyli wylot na Malt\u0119. Przez dwa tygodnie mieszka\u0142em\nw uroczym hotelu \u2013 \u201eTopaz\u201d, z kt\u00f3rego by\u0142 bardzo \u0142atwy dost\u0119p do szko\u0142y oraz\ndobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania tej pi\u0119knej wyspy. Lekcje odbywa\u0142y si\u0119 w\nczteroosobowej grupie. Opr\u00f3cz mnie w szkoleniu bra\u0142y udzia\u0142 nauczycielki j\u0119zyka\nangielskiego z Polski. The report on the\nimplementation of the Power program – „Creative Use of Technology in the\nClassroom”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12 \u2013 19 May 2019, I took part in the international training in Malta. It\u2019s\u00a0 main goal was the use information technology for preparing and teaching classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a few months of intensive preparations in the area of information technology, culture, language and conducting open classes it was the time for the most awaited moment, that was the flight to Malta. For two weeks, I was staying at the charming Topaz Hotel with a very easy access to school and a perfect starting point for exploring this beautiful island. The classes were held in a four\u00a0 – member group. There were English language teachers from Poland, who took part in the training in addition to me. We made a very good use of time learning new programs and mastering our English, thanks to such a small group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information technology classes were held by Sarah, an English teacher from England, who made ourselves familiar with many interesting programs, which added a lot of value to our educational workshop and improved the quality of our school work. For two weeks we were learning and practicing the following programs\u00a0: \u201ePrezi\u201d, \u201ePower Point\u201d, \u201eSocrative\u201d, \u201eKahoot\u201d, \u201eQuizlet\u201d, \u201eQuiziz\u201d, \u201eWindows Movie Maker\u201d, \u201eLearning Aps\u201d, \u201eMagic Wall\u201d, \u201eMagic Box\u201d. Making presentation with the program \u201eWindows Movie Maker\u201dstruch me as the best. I use it to create a slide show from my visit to Malta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only we took part in the classes, but also we had opportunity to explore Malta. Trips were organized by the school. Maria, who was native \u2013 born inhabitant of this island, showed us around and told us a little bit about history, culture and customs of this island. Together we went to the present and former capital city of Malta, Valetta and Mdina accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After our classes we had some time to explore this beautiful part of Europe on our own. We saw Golden Beach, the Classic Car Collection Museum, the National Aquarium, a small fishing village in Marsaxlokk, the island Gozo and Comino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has to be said that those two weeks in Malta gave us unforgettable impression about the place and knowledge, which we can use later at our school work. Preparing presentations and quizesis not difficult for us anymore, hence we can enhance the knowledge for our students in a modern and attractive way using technologies we learnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The climate and atmosphere on the Island along with friendly people made it the place, to which everyone would like to come back. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
